Taza Development Corp

Taza Development is a 1,200-acre, master-planned real estate project located on Tsuut’ina Nation land, adjacent to southwest Calgary. It is one of the largest Indigenous-led developments in North America, created through a partnership between the Tsuut’ina Nation and Canderel. The project is divided into three vibrant, mixed-use villages Taza Park, Buffalo Run, and The Crossing designed to integrate culture, commerce, sustainability, and community.
