Kuma Stoves was founded in 1981 when Mark Freeman, now president of the company, built the first Kuma Stove on the tailgate of his Chevrolet pickup truck. To this day, Kuma Stoves continues to be primarily a family operation. We offer Wood Stoves, Wood Fireplace Inserts, Snow destroyers, Oil stoves, and much more! Each stove was its masterpiece, with hand-cut parts and ornate hand-crafted door frames. Today, we use industry-leading CAD design, computer-controlled cutting and bending, and high-quality cast iron door frames.
