B&E Reprographics Inc. began its Houston operations in March 1995. Raymond and Elba Arroyo, two of the industry’s most respected professionals, began their journey with a simple photocopier, a blueline machine, quality as their yardstick and a thirst for excellence.

Today, almost a decade later, they’ve acquired a stream of some of the industry’s most sophisticated equipment, along with some of the most interesting and highly respected companies in Texas. Their combined 50 years of experience and work with internationally recognized companies prepared them for a highly competitive environment and today their client list includes some of the most influential organizations in the state. Yet they’ve never lost sight of their humble beginnings or their thirst for excellence. Under the watchful eye of Raymond Arroyo, President and Chief Executive Officer, every project is carefully scrutinized for timeliness and quality prior to dispatch to its final destination. Mr. Arroyo has instilled this very sense of quality throughout the entire enterprise. Everyone from delivery personnel to office managers have been taught the importance of follow-through with quality and customer care as their primary concern for every order that arrives and leaves our facility. Raymond Arroyo, President/Chief Executive Officer – An innovative and highly competent owner/manager with over 40+ years of sales, operations, and administrative expertise. Mr. Arroyo has an uncanny ability to build long lasting, meaningful relationships with our clients. His strong analytical expertise, coupled with effective communications and negotiation skills, have allowed all of us at B&E Reprographics to gain an edge thanks to his broad business background. Officer/Corporate Treasurer – Belinda Arroyo, Senior VP for Creative Process and Workflow Distribution – The cornerstone of our success as we serve the Architectural, Engineering and Construction Industries. Her undergraduate studies in Architectural Engineering, coupled with her expertise in Reprographics and Productivity have been instrumental when working with the A/E/C community. She speaks the language and can easily interpret and anticipate our client’s needs, converting them into a viable production schedule and providing error-free output in minimal time. Her thorough understanding of AutoCAD and related software places her well ahead of the pack in many of the working relationships we have with our clients.

Evydell Santana, Senior VP for Administrative & Operational Concerns – An accomplished administrator, who served for a number of years within the legal profession. She’s been instrumental in ensuring our staff is highly proficient in meeting and exceeding quality control standards, training & development and business operations. With 10 years of diverse experience in office operations, she’s proven to be a seasoned professional and proven leader in her field of endeavor.
