Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience in residential care, supported living, and behavioral health. Executive Director Dorothy Williams, BA, has led regional operations across multiple programs, overseeing compliance, quality improvement, and staff development for community-based and residential services. Founder Carson Spivey brings his background as both the operator of a San Diego Adult Residential Facility and as the founder of a national consulting initiative that has helped more than 100 providers launch Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) agencies. Together, they embody a unique blend of hands-on operational expertise and system-level innovation.

From supporting adults with complex behavioral needs in 24-hour residential programs to guiding families through the transition to independent apartments, our team understands the full spectrum of care. We know what it takes to build programs that are compliant, sustainable, and — most importantly — life-changing for the individuals we serve.
